Idun

W. Brand Publishing launches YA imprint, Idun

Nashville, Tennessee June 7, 2021 – To accommodate the ever-growing Young Adult and New Adult genre, W. Brand Publishing is launching Idun. This new imprint is specifically written for the ages of twelve through twenty-five while also appealing to adult readers. Idun will concentrate on characters of that age group and be inclusive to all genders, ethnicity, religion, and race.

"After releasing, Life on Repeat by Amy Larson Marble on fiction imprint Hildebrand Books, we realized the need to have an imprint for YA only," states JuLee Brand, Publisher/W. Brand Publishing. "Fans of this genre are very loyal to their favorite authors, and we want to give YA authors the chance to reach these readers as well as giving them their own unique imprint. Though many readers are not necessarily aware of a book's imprint, we feel that authors are attracted to a strong imprint that understands authors' needs in a specific genre. In addition, we want to create an imprint that is a safe space and go-to for YA and NA books fans.

"I loved the Norse mythology story of Idun, who provided golden apples to the Norse gods to keep them young. In addition, Bragi, her husband, was the master of poetry and words. It is this combination that created the concept of the eternal story in my mind, and it became an obvious unique choice," Brand continued.

To Hover Over Waters by Jesse Banner will be the first new release on the imprint this fall. Life on Repeat will be re-released on Idun with additional content. This second edition will be a must-have prequel releasing before the second book in The Sarah Sagas, Life on Pause

Idun releases will be available in Paperback and eBook through Ingram Wholesale, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, as well as major booksellers and your local bookstore.
